The Guest Integrity Observation reports presented on this website are the result of an independent professional analysis and reflect the author’s expert opinion based on personal presence and direct observation at the respective properties.

All findings and evaluations are produced within the framework of the proprietary Guest Integrity Observation (GIO) methodology and reflect the operational environment, service delivery, and infrastructure of the properties at the time of the author’s stay, the dates of which are indicated in the respective reports.

These materials are not subject to any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contractual obligations, or commercial engagements with hotel brands, management companies, property owners, or any third parties.

For this reason, the reports are published in open access solely for the purpose of demonstrating the analytical methodology and the approach used in evaluating guest experience integrity.
